The Advisory Board of the Prospitalia Group advises the company on qualitative, economic and strategic issues relating to healthcare.
Its members deal, among other things, with issues relating to quality, digitization, medical care and increasing efficiency in healthcare. After 25 years with the company, Ms. Gensow joined the management of Prospitalia GmbH in April 2018. In April 2022, she resigned from her position as Chief Operating Officer on the Executive Board and has since been part of the Prospitalia Group's Advisory Board.
Bradley Gould has many years of experience in the medical device industry. Over the past 30 years, he has held various leadership positions, both in Europe and the USA. Among others, he was General Manager at Pregis Hospital Supplies, President and CEO of Medex Inc, USA, President of Nypro Europe, Managing Director at Philips Heartcare Telemedicine Services GmbH and Chairman of the Board of Avolon AG. He also was CEO of Prospitalia GmbH from 2009 - 2018, with a focus on marketing, sales as well supporting hospital customers.
Markus Wild was responsible for the restructuring and realignment of the business areas of a software manufacturer for which he worked as managing director of various companies in Germany and abroad. In 2007, he joined Prospitalia GmbH and became part of the management team. Under his leadership as CEO, the company's range of services was expanded and the group strengthened through acquisitions in Germany and abroad. In April 2022, Markus Wild resigned from his position as CEO of Prospitalia GmbH and has since been a part of the Prospitalia Group's Advisory Board.
In his professional life, Dr. Schleifer has held numerous key positions in administration, the insurance industry, as well as health and hospital management. He was State Secretary of Finance in Schleswig-Holstein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of companies in the Colonia/ Nordstern Insurance Group (now AXA) and of the hospital operator Damp Holding. He also managed the restructuring of the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein. Today, the lawyer contributes his expertise and contacts as an investor and strategic advisor in the insurance, finance and healthcare sectors.
